Amendments to the Law on Entrepreneurs

As of January 1, 2022, the Law of Georgia "On Entrepreneurs" was declared invalid, according to which new requirements were defined for entrepreneurial entities, which include the implementation of changes in the organization's registration data by January 1, 2024. The law obliges both business and non-business (non-commercial) legal entities to update their registration data by January 1, 2024. In case of non-renewal of the registration data and after the 3-month period additionally given by the registering authority, the registration of a legal entity, including a non-entrepreneurial legal entity, will be considered cancelled. Therefore, the association has planned a practical training course that includes: Getting to know the basics of organization registration; study of the registration features of business entities; Re-registration procedure and legal consequences; systematization of the correct management of the entrepreneurial activity of organizations; Discussion of difficult and interesting registration cases; Question and answer.
