Sanitary-hygienic requirements for food production personnel – ISO / TS 22002.1

General information about the training:

Resolution №553 of the Government of Georgia dated 16.10.2016 defined the general rule of hygiene of a food / animal feed manufacturing enterprise / distributor, which sets general hygienic requirements for a food / animal feed manufacturing enterprise / distributor and applies to all stages of food / animal processing, processing and processing. The same resolution defines the rule of supervision, monitoring and state control.

Purpose of the training:

Product hygiene, sanitary-hygienic norms and instructions for their implementation. Clean Zone staff will develop the necessary product manufacturing and delivery hygiene skills in terms of food safety.

Subject:

  • Food security situation in the country and abroad;
  • Potential threats to food safety;
  • Pre-requisite programs of the food safety system;
  • System of hazard analysis and critical control points.

Target groups of the training:

All employees working in the clean zone of primary food processing and processing enterprises, importer, distribution, warehousing and refrigeration organizations, restaurants, hotels, food outlets, hypermarkets and small retail chains (Food Safety Leader, Sanitary Officer, Sanitary Officer, Hygiene Supervisor , Operators, cleaning staff).
