"Georgian Employers' Association" with the support of the German government implements the "Professional Education and Training Project", the purpose of which is to strengthen the qualifications of adequate human resources in the labor market. Within the framework of the project, a "systematic information base of personnel demand" was created by developing modules for work-based learning and study of professions in educational institutions. On January 30, the Georgian Employers' Association held a seminar with German partners within the framework of the mentioned project: "Development of human resources management policy at the company level in the format of social partnership". At the seminar, which was attended by German experts, representatives of the business sector and the educational field, the initial results of the development of the electronic database, which serves the development of the human resources policy of the enterprises, were presented. The social partners and the business sector heard from the German experts Hans-Günther Trepte and Kersten Bartels the visions and recommendations for the improvement of the system. The seminar was opened by Lasha Bliadze, Head of the Professional Development Office of Georgia, and Misha Kordzakhia, Vice-President of the Georgian Employers' Association. Thus, at this stage, the employers' association is actively working on a systematic information base, which is created with multifaceted involvement and will contribute to the provision of labor market development services in the future.
