Turkey-Georgia Business Forum

The Georgia-Turkey business forum was organized by the business association "Georgian Employers Association" and the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey, which aimed to deepen the economic relations between the two sides. 22 companies from the following business sectors will be represented at the business forum: • Construction • Agriculture • Technologies The business forum was opened by Turkish Ambassador to Georgia Zaki Levent Gumrukchu and President of Georgian Employers' Association Elguja Meladze. About 100 companies from relevant business sectors were represented from Georgia. Also, the representatives of LSI "Produce in Georgia" and the Agricultural Project Management Agency (APMA) made reports to the forum. It should be noted that Turkey is very interested in activating trade and economic cooperation with Georgian companies, establishing partnership relations and making investments. An important part of the forum was devoted to bilateral meetings, within the framework of which businessmen had the opportunity to talk face-to-face about potential projects of business interest. The Association of Georgian Employers systematically organizes business forums in order to activate international relations.
