It is everyone's dream to gain an edge. This factor is uniquely relevant at absolutely all levels of activity and in all fields of activity. Advantage management can be used in the design and management of any type of administration, economy, business, technical and technological systems. Based on the relevance of the above-mentioned topic in the competitive market, a training session was held on November 9-11, organized by the Association of Georgian Employers, on the topic "Obtaining and managing organizational advantage", which was led by the invited trainer - Academic Doctor of Business Administration, Temur Maisuradze. The goal of the training was to increase the effectiveness of management systems in accordance with the challenges faced by the modern economy. Further refinement and perfection of the knowledge accumulated by managers through the development of new methods, methodologies and tools. The participants of the training were awarded GEA certificates. "Association of Employers of Georgia" systematically offers its member and partner companies to attend various relevant trainings for the purpose of retraining staff. Also, organizing corporate trainings depending on the needs of the company.
