Within the framework of the accredited program of the labor safety specialist implemented by the Association of Georgian Employers, the participants of the course underwent training practice at the construction site. The participants of the program determined the dangers directly at the workplace within the scope of practice, examined and described the existing and expected risks. In particular, labor safety specialists checked on the spot what factors could become the cause of accidents or health deterioration for employees at the workplace. After identifying the risks, the group members determined and formulated a plan on how the mentioned risks can be managed and what measures should be taken by the occupational safety specialist for prevention. Thus, within the framework of the accredited program of the labor safety specialist, the Association of Georgian Employers offers participants both theoretical and practical training with appropriate equipment and all other necessary resources.
