First aid - accredited training program for occupational safety specialist

The Association of Employers of Georgia carries out full practical and theoretical training of participants within the framework of the accredited training program for labor safety specialists. Primary medical aid is one of the modules of the 130-hour accredited program developed by the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Protection for IDPs from the occupied territories of Georgia. The purpose of teaching the mentioned module is to teach non-medical personnel how to provide first aid quickly and correctly according to modern standards, to acquire practical skills of first aid. The trainees were introduced to the meaning and purpose of first aid. First aid in case of injury, bleeding, intoxication, heart attack, drowning was studied. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, etc. In the Association of Employers of Georgia, at this stage, about 200 labor safety specialists are undergoing a training course, upon successful completion of which they will be awarded a state-accredited labor safety specialist certificate.
