The accredited program of labor safety specialist is implemented in the Association of Georgian Employers. Within the framework of the program, specialists responsible for labor and health safety at the workplace undergo 130 hours of theoretical and practical training. The training course is compiled in accordance with the requirements of the labor safety law and meets all the norms required by the state. The course is led by labor safety experts and trainers. As a result of the completion of the course, the participants will receive a certificate, the possession of which is also necessary according to the labor safety law. It should be noted that labor conditions inspectors in the process of monitoring companies check whether the person responsible for labor conditions holds the said certificate or not. In the Association of Employers of Georgia, taking into account the demands of the companies, the training process is continuous.
