A working meeting was held within the scope of vocational education and training

Within the framework of the professional education and training project, which the Association of Georgian Employers has been implementing since 2016 with the support of the German government, a working meeting was held, which was attended by representatives of the business sector and the union of professional unions. The aim of the meeting was to inform interested parties about the progress of the project, achieved results and future prospects from the side of the employers' association. In addition, the participants of the meeting discussed the challenges in the field of vocational education and in the labor market in general. It should be noted that the vocational education and training project will continue until 2021 and includes activities aimed at strengthening mutual cooperation between vocational schools and the business sector in order to meet the demand of the labor market in terms of providing adequately qualified personnel. The project is implemented in Tbilisi, Gori and Khoni. The meeting was held in the conference hall of the Association of Georgian Employers.
