Engurhesi employees were trained to work safely at heights

For the employees of "Engurhesi" LLC, "Georgia Employers' Association" training on working safely at heights was conducted. The training was led by Davit Chijavadze, an expert on labor safety of the employers' association. Safe work at height training is based on International Labor Organization (ILO) standardized requirements for safe work at height. Employees of "Engurhesi" LLC have increased their qualifications according to the following modules: rules, consistency and responsibilities for working safely at height; requirements for protection systems and equipment; knots and their binding; Ropes and their types (rope suspension); fall protection systems; general and work-related risks; maintenance of equipment; requirements for ladders (SOP1) and others. In addition to the theoretical part, the training included practical training, within the framework of which the participants performed simulation exercises.
