Employers' Association and Legal Consulting Center will offer labor safety services to companies in the Ajara region.

A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the business association "Georgian Employers' Association" and the company "Legal Consulting Center" regarding the joint provision of services in the Adjara region regarding labor safety issues. According to the memorandum of mutual cooperation, the Legal Consulting Center together with the Association of Georgian Employers will provide services to the companies in the region, aimed at the implementation of labor and health safety norms and conditions in the companies. Services will be provided in accordance with the service package related to the implementation of labor and health safety legislation developed by the association. Within the framework of the mentioned service, labor safety experts of "Georgian Employers' Association" will assess the risks related to labor safety in the company, develop an action plan, retrain employees and introduce labor safety standards that are in compliance with both international requirements and local legislation. We remind you that the Organic Law of Georgia "On Labor Safety" applies to all organizations carrying out economic activities from September 1, 2019. In order to comply with labor safety norms, the employer is obliged to appoint or invite a certified labor safety specialist.
