Training on the topic - national legislation in labor law, international standards of labor law and judicial practice

A practical course on national legislation in labor law, international standards of labor law and judicial practice is being held in the Association of Georgian Employers. The purpose of the course is to inform companies about the fundamental changes related to labor legislation and labor relations, which are necessary for proper planning and management of labor relations in the company. After the training, the participants will be able to protect the interests of the company; to plan organizational processes in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code; in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code, to produce the documentation of the organization (labor contracts, internal regulations, job descriptions); to fulfill all obligations stipulated by the Labor Code; to avoid expected sanctions from the inspection. The training is led by Nikoloz Abutidze - head of the legal service of the Association of Georgian Employers, an expert in labor law; Ana Devdariani – lawyer of the Association of Employers of Georgia; Ketevan Meskhishvili – Judge of Tbilisi Court of Appeal, Chamber of Civil Affairs. 30 company lawyers and human resources management managers participate in the course. The Association of Employers of Georgia systematically offers trainings on the topic of labor law to companies, taking into account the relevance of the topic.
