Training on the topic – labor relations in the post-crisis period

Organized by the Georgian Employers’ Association and under the auspices of the International Labor Organization (ILO), another distance training was held for the representatives of the member companies.

The training entitled “Labor Relations in the Post-Crisis Period and Reorganization Management” was led by experts from the Georgian Employers’ Association and the International Labor Organization.

The seminar discussed current issues for company lawyers and human resource managers, such as the definition of force majeure and its impact on labor relations; Initiation of reorganization, notification, development of objective criteria, case law; Existing version of the Labor Code Termination of labor relations, suspension of labor relations; International best practices for resolving labor relations in times of crisis.

The Georgian Employers’ Association, with the support of the International Labor Organization (ILO), systematically offers a series of distance trainings to member companies on occupational safety, labor and industrial relations, and other issues.
