Association of Employers of Georgia" with the support of the German authorities implements the "Professional Education and Training Project", the purpose of which is to strengthen the qualifications of adequate human resources in the labor market. Within the framework of the mentioned multi-year project, a "systematic information base for the demand for personnel" was created by developing modules for the study of professions in work-based training and educational institutions. As a result of these activities, in the near future within the association, a systematic study of the electronic research of the personnel policy will be conducted, and as a result of its analysis, services promoting the development of the labor market and their enforcement mechanisms will be created with multifaceted involvement. On October 20, the discussion of the initial results of the project was held in the conference hall of the Association of Georgian Employers. The event was attended by German experts of the project, the business sector, representatives of the German Embassy and the Ministry of Education and Science.
