Spark is a joint project of Tbilisi City Hall, Georgian Employers' Association and the European Union, which offers special business development programs to start-up and already operating small and medium-sized businesses and startups. Spark is a hub for people who have business ideas but don't have access to the resources to turn a business idea into a business plan and ready for implementation. Spark's target audience is people who have business ideas and need both workspaces and professional help. These people may not have a business education, but they believe that they have ideas that have great potential to turn into a business. View the site
