Training - dialogue in the workplace

On October 21-23, 2016, a training on the topic - dialogue at the workplace was held in the "Georgian Employers' Association" with the support of the "International Labor Organization" (ILO).
Representatives of employers, employees and trade unions attended the training.
The training was conducted by trainers of the International Labor Organization:
Roger Lecour - expert in labor relations and social dialogue issues, official representative of the Labor Administration.
Claude Rioux - Consultant of the International Labor Organization, Associate Researcher at the Interuniversity Research Center on Globalization and Labor (Research Areas - Collective Bargaining, Occupational and Health Safety, Social Protection Programs and Forest Industry).
The participants of the training received information about the following issues:• What makes the organization more efficient and fair?• Practical approaches and tools to improve fairness in the organization;• The concept of workplace dialogue;• Resolution of labor disputes;
The course was loaded with practical work, exercises and case discussions, which will enable the participants to effectively conduct dialogue in the workplace in the process of labor disputes and improve the level of job satisfaction of co-workers.
