Corporate training on the topic - working safely at height

On February 4, 2017, the Georgian Employers' Association held a corporate training for INNOTEL employees on labor safety issues.
The training entitled "Working safely at height" was based on the International Labor Organization (ILO) standardized requirements for working safely at height.
The following main issues were discussed at the training: rules, consistency and responsibilities of working safely at height; requirements for protection systems and equipment; knots and their binding; ropes and their types (rope hanging); fall protection systems; general and work-related risks; equipment maintenance; Requirements for ladders (SOP1) and others.
In addition to the theoretical part, the training was loaded with practical training, where INNOTEL employees went through simulation exercises at the workplace.
The Association of Employers of Georgia constantly offers the business sector consultations, trainings, literature and other services in the direction of labor safety, so that the companies are as prepared as possible to meet the labor inspection monitoring.
