Presentation of the Corporate Sports Federation program

On February 1, 2017, the Georgian Employers' Association and "Prime Sport Management" organized the presentation of the program of the Georgian Corporate Sports Federation. According to the physical activity of the population, Georgia occupies one of the last places in Europe. Accordingly, among the challenges facing Georgia today, the problem of physical health of the population is important, which in turn threatens the demographic situation. The solution to the mentioned problem is not a matter of any one structure, the state and private organizations should be fully involved. This process is accompanied by purely economic factors, the costs of public and private insurance are reduced, it is calculated that 1 dollar spent by the organization on the physical activity of the employee yields 12 dollars. The international experience is exemplified by the world's leading organizations. There is no greater motivator than sports, joint games are the best means of team building of the month. The purpose of creating the federation is to promote the introduction of a healthy lifestyle to as many people as possible. Through our famous athletes, invited stars and speakers, let's promote physical activity, make Georgia an attractive destination for sports tourism through planned international tournaments. The business union "Georgian Employers' Association" is involved in the organization of many events in order to activate the sports component in the activities of the business sector.
