On February 20, 2017, the fourth forum of the Association of Private Colleges of Georgia was held with the support of the Georgian Employers' Association, which was opened by the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Alexander Jejelava.
Elections of the president and board members of the Association of Private Colleges were held at the forum, the results of which were announced at the end of the meeting and the candidates were approved for a term of 1 year. Giorgi Beraya, who until now held the post of vice-president of the association and also works as the director of the private college "Georgia", was elected as the president of the Association of Private Colleges of Georgia. And the current president of the Association of Private Colleges of Georgia will present the "Report of the Association for 2015-2016".
At the event, Kakhaber Eradze, the head of the professional education quality assurance service, and Irakli Petriashvili, the chairman of the trade unions of Georgia, gave reports on the future visions related to the development of the quality of professional education.
Heads of private colleges and representatives of state structures attended the forum and participated in the discussion mode.
