Based on many years of experience, the business union "Georgia Employers Association" together with the experts of the International Training Center of the International Labor Organization (ITC ILO) has developed a long-term training course for the training of health and safety managers. At this stage, about 40 company's labor safety managers have completed the training program. The demand for qualification-raising measures in accordance with the mentioned topic has increased after the Georgian government created a labor inspection department based on the requirements of the European Union and tightened regulations in this direction. The issue is particularly relevant in Georgia, considering the fatal consequences caused by mistakes made in the field of labor safety. The Association of Employers of Georgia takes into account the challenges faced by companies and strengthens cooperation with the private sector in the direction of labor safety. Therefore, as a result of consultations, audits, staff preparation and retraining, the member companies of the association will be prepared to face the implementation of new regulations. The training course ended in the conference hall of the Georgian Employers' Association on December 21. The successful graduates were awarded the certificates of the International Training Center of the International Labor Organization (ITC ILO) and GEA. .
