In this direction, the certification course developed last year for labor and health safety managers proved to be particularly successful, within the framework of which more than 30 company representatives have already raised their qualifications. The number of people wishing to attend the course is increasing, therefore, on February 19, the employers' association hosted a new group of trainees.
The demand for this long-term course created on the topic of labor safety increased after the Georgian government created a labor inspection department based on the requirements of the European Union and tightened regulations in this direction.
The content of the long-term training course was developed by the employers' association together with the experts of the International Training Center of the International Labor Organization (ITC ILO). Its aim is to develop the necessary competencies for the health and safety managers of companies to effectively manage health and safety in the organization. The training includes theoretical and practical training - participants will have the opportunity to take practical training directly in companies and on the ground, to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.

Upon completion of the training, successful graduates will be awarded an international certificate validated by ITC ILO and GEA.
