The goal of the training was to share the knowledge of international experts on such fundamental issues for future mediators as:
What a mediator should know when engaging in collective disputes; comparison of individual and collective disputes; Understanding the dynamics of conflict in the context of collective labor mediation; How should a mediator act when one of the parties agrees to something that is legally incorrect? Mediation of a conflict involving a foreign company
The seminar was loaded with practical work and sharing of real experiences on the example of discussing specific disputes.
The training of mediators was held in the conference hall of the Association of Georgian Employers.
Let us remind you that the Association of Georgian Employers actively cooperates with both the Ministry of Health and the International Labor Organization to improve the processes in the business sector. The association is a member of the tripartite commission of social partnership and, accordingly, fulfills the function of an intermediary link between the government and the business sector.
