> Business association - President of Georgian Employers' Association Elguja Meladze participated and gave a welcome speech at the three-day Eastern Partnership regional conference, the purpose of which was to share experience on work-based/dual education issues between the partner countries. The conference was organized by the European Education Fund (ETF) and about 50 delegates from 6 countries (Ukraine, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Molodva, Kazakhstan) took part in it.
The President of the Association of Georgian Employers, Elguja Meladze, introduced to the audience the vision of the business sector regarding professional education, labor market requirements and needs, and the results achieved by the association in the direction of work-based/dual education. He drew attention to the importance of human resources with professional education in the field of production and economic development in general and noted that the issue of professional staff development is a priority direction for the employers' association. During the conference, presentations were made by each country aimed at sharing the experience, results and progress of the partner countries implemented in terms of work-based/dual education. Future plans for cooperation between the countries were determined.
