The Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Giorgi Kobulia, met with representatives of the Georgian Employers' Association and partner companies.
"I always consider such type of meetings with businesses necessary and useful, because I really need to hear directly from them about the problems that concern them," said the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Giorgi Kobulia, after the meeting with the members of the Association of Employers of Georgia.
"Within the meeting, the members of the employers' association talked with the minister about issues related to economic policy, as well as about such specific topics as privatization of state property, export promotion and related problems, professional education and retraining, and others" - President of the Georgian Employers' Association Elguja Meladze.
About 80 representatives of the association attended the meeting. The meeting was held in question-answer mode. Together with the minister, Ekaterine Mikabadze and Genadi Arveladze, deputy ministers of economy and sustainable development, answered the questions of businessmen. Business Ombudsman Irakli Lekvinadze also attended the meeting.
