Business association - member and partner companies of the Association of Georgian Employers met with Mikheil Khidureli, director of the "Make in Georgia" agency of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development.
At the extended meeting, which was attended by more than 60 company representatives and business ombudsmen, the news planned by the "Make in Georgia" agency were announced, which companies planning to submit business projects will have to take into account. Also, entrepreneurs were presented with the new grant program "Produce for a better future", which was launched on January 1, 2019. In addition, at the meeting, the business sector received a report on the projects implemented by the agency and the results obtained in the fields of agriculture, hotel industry, film production and micro production.
"It is important for the member companies of the Association of Georgian Employers to systematically communicate with the government structures in order to learn about their planned innovations. At similar type of meetings, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to establish direct communication with the leading persons of the agency and talk about all the problematic issues related to the effective implementation of the programs. Our goal is for entrepreneurs to make maximum use of all the grant resources provided by similar programs," - President of the Association of Georgian Employers Elguja Meladze.
A significant part of the meeting was devoted to the discussion, within the framework of which the representatives of the private sector received competent answers to the issues of interest to them.
