Training of labor safety trainers is underway in the employers' association

The training of labor safety trainers (TOT) is ongoing in the Association of Georgian Employers under the auspices of the International Labor Organization (ILO). The purpose of the course is to increase the field knowledge of the employers' association trainers and training candidates in this field and to improve the skills necessary for conducting effective training in accordance with the latest international standards and requirements.
The mentioned course, which is led by experts of the International Labor Organization, includes a 2-month period of distance and face-to-face learning. The program was implemented by the International Labor Organization in more than 60 countries, and it is being implemented in Georgia for the first time.

As you know, the Association of Employers of Georgia is an organization that provides multifaceted services to the business sector in the field of labor safety, including education and training. That is why this course is very important for us, as a result of which, on the one hand, the quality, efficiency and prestige of our trainings will increase, on the other hand, the number of labor safety trainers of the Association of Georgian Employers will increase, which will allow us to cover the regions in the direction of training," - of the Association of Georgian Employers Executive Director Lasha Labadze.
The training of trainers has 15 participants who, after completing the course, will receive certificates confirming the regalia of the International Labor Organization (ILO) labor safety trainer.
