Business Union - Employers' Association of Georgia with the support of the International Labor Organization (ILO) introduced the latest customer relationship management (CRM) system, which is an effective tool for developing and providing the most effective services based on the analysis of data about the private sector.
"We are glad that the mentioned CRM program will allow us to communicate with our members and the business sector in general, collect data, process and differentiate. Through the program, we will identify the needs in the business sector and offer them the desired services. Also, we will accelerate any operation that is carried out in our organization. This is the most modern software at the international level, which will allow us to establish long-term and maximum results-oriented relations with our member companies and other interested parties," - Lasha Labadze, executive director of the Association of Georgian Employers. On December 3-6, intensive trainings about the CRM program were conducted for the employees of the "Georgian Employers' Association", led by trainers and experts of the International Labor Organization (ILO).
