The Association of Georgian Employers, with the financial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark (DANIDA) and under the auspices of the International Labor Organization, has started a series of remote trainings for member companies on the topic of labor relations in the crisis and post-crisis period.
The cycle of trainings planned within the framework of the project, which will be attended by representatives of 200 companies, will be led by labor relations experts of the International Labor Organization (ILO).
Elguja Meladze, the President of the Association of Georgian Employers, and Kinan Banas, the Chief Technical Advisor of the International Labor Organization (ILO), addressed the training participants with a welcome speech.
Within the framework of the trainings, the company's lawyers and human resources management managers will receive information about the best international practices for resolving labor relations during crises. Termination of employment, suspension of employment, resolution of labor disputes, mediation and litigation are also discussed.
With the support of international partners, the Association of Georgian Employers will announce remote format trainings on labor safety and other relevant issues in the near future.
