Another meeting of the labor relations committee was held in the employers' association

The third meeting of the Labor Relations Committee of the Association of Georgian Employers was held. Current challenges in labor relations were discussed within the framework of the meeting. In particular, the list of fields of specific working regime (regarding 48-hour working time) and collective labor relations. The members of the committee raised the problems in the companies around the mentioned issues, which prevent them from operating. Based on it, the Association of Georgian Employers, in turn, will develop legislative initiatives, which it will present to the relevant agencies. Additionally, within the framework of the meeting, the committee members received information about the goals of the memorandum signed between the Association of Georgian Employers and the Union of Professional Unions. It should be noted that the committee will actively participate in the implementation of the goals of the memorandum.
