A 4-day training on "Labor relations and court practice" was held in the Association of Georgian Employers. The training was aimed at participants' qualification and awareness of issues related to labor legislation, which are necessary for proper planning and management of labor relations in the company. At the end of the training, the participants have the appropriate competence to protect the company's interests and avoid labor disputes and sanctions, and to fulfill all obligations stipulated by the Labor Code; The training was led by Nikoloz Abutidze - head of the legal service of the Association of Georgian Employers, an expert in labor law. Giorgi Gogichashvili - civil affairs judge of the court, who has more than 20 years of experience in judicial practice. Company lawyers and HR professionals attended the training. At the end of the training, the participants were awarded GEA certificates.
