Practical long-term course in construction law

The Association of Employers of Georgia has planned a practical long-term course in construction law, the purpose of which is for students to: to study and share the structure, principles, key aspects of Georgian construction law in order to be able to legally correctly assess practical issues; to increase the quality of legal services when dealing with construction and development companies or other private individuals; to improve the result-oriented communication skills with public institutions; to be able to provide qualified legal services to persons interested in construction activities; to improve the ability to conduct negotiations with entities participating in construction relations; be able to draw up any type of contract tailored to the client's interests. To be able to better represent the client's interests at any stage of civil and administrative proceedings. The course is based on the practical experience that construction companies in Georgia face in relations with state regulatory bodies, judicial authorities, contractors and customers. The course will be led by the leading trainers of the field with many years of work and academic experience, as well as within the framework of the course there will be invitees, a practicing architect, representatives of the local municipality and judicial authorities. Duration of the course: 30 hours - 6 weeks - 1 day a week, every Thursday, from 15:00 to 20:00.
