PR strategies in relation to professional education

Association of Employers of Georgia" with the support of the German government implements the "Professional Education and Training Project", the purpose of which is to strengthen the qualifications of adequate human resources in the labor market.
On February 23, within the framework of the mentioned project, a training was held on the topic: "PR strategies in relation to professional education", which was led by a trainer invited from Germany, Nordmetal's digital media manager, Daniel Jakubowski.
The purpose of the training was to familiarize the company's marketing, human resources and PR managers with the internal PR strategies of the organization in order to increase motivation among employees and create an attractive work environment.
An important part of the training was devoted to group work and discussion about the difficulties of finding competent personnel and ways to solve them.
The training was attended by representatives from the following companies: Goodwill, Marche, Dio, hotel chain "Ambassador", Vizir, German Economic Union and also trade unions.
At the end of the training, Misha Kordzakhia, the vice-president of the Association of Georgian Employers, informed the participants about the further activities of the project and offered to increase the involvement of their companies in the ongoing process of the project.
It should be noted that the Georgian Employers' Association (GEA) together with partner international organizations implements a number of projects on the promotion and promotion of professional education, which in turn contributes to the improvement of the labor market.
