On September 22-23, a training session on the topic "Effective service, Service Plus" was held in the business union "Georgian Employers' Association".
The training served the following goals: - familiarization of employees' competencies; - improvement of employees' service competencies; - participants to master each step of the service stage and improve their ability to convince customers; - improvement of verbal and non-verbal communication; - raising motivation and interest in the field of service; - support in the assessment of participants;
To achieve this goal, the following topics were discussed at the training: > explanation of complex service (and sales); ;>Unwanted for service >Transformation of phrases, words into a positive view;>Stages of correct need identification;>Improving listening skills;>Methods of ways to ask questions;>Form of offering additional service;>Discussion of practical cases; techniques of customer persuasion;
