ILO 2019 Centenary Declaration and opportunities for employers. Digital transformation of work and its challenges for employers' organizations. In particular, changes in business models, industrial relations and work skills.
"In addition to the topics of global importance that we discussed at the meeting, the part of the meeting in which we discussed the ongoing projects of the ILO and IOE in Georgia and the plans and activities for 2020 was especially important. It should be noted that ILO and IOE, with the support of the Georgian Employers' Association, have been implementing a number of projects for many years that contribute to the development of the business sector. Their activities are especially beneficial for the association's member companies," - President of the Association of Georgian Employers Elguja Meladze.
Georgian Employers' Association, as a member organization of IOE from Georgia, annually participates in similar high-level international meetings.
