The head of the Labor Inspection Department will meet with the business sector

Beka Feradze, head of the labor inspection department of the Ministry of Labor Health and Social Protection, IDPs from the occupied territories of Georgia, will meet with representatives of the business sector within the framework of remote meetings organized by the Association of Georgian Employers. The meeting will be chaired by the executive director of the Association of Georgian Employers, Lasha Labadze.
In response to the current problems, complicated bureaucratic procedures and unclear issues accumulated as a result of constant communication with the private sector in the employers' association, the main topic of the meeting will be to inform the private sector about the process of opening the economy by the Government of Georgia and the procedures related to the restoration of activities for economic activity objects/entrepreneurial entities.
In particular, the conversation will concern such issues as:
• Registration of persons carrying out economic activities; • Procedures and deadlines for issuing permits for the restoration of activities; • Necessary requirements to be considered for obtaining permits for the restoration of activities; • Follow-up monitoring of the granting of permits for business entities related to the restoration of activities; • Penal sanctions and recommendations of the Ministry of Health.
