About the training: HR professionals are the most important link in the process of implementing and managing the safety and health protection system of employees at the workplace. In companies, they are responsible for introducing a culture of labor safety in companies, creating employee motivation systems and involvement in the inspection process. The Association of Employers of Georgia has developed a training module aimed at training HR professionals to raise awareness of the essential issues of labor safety. The module is tailored to the needs of human resource management managers and takes into account their functions and responsibilities. Content of the training: Organic law on labor safety - overview Basics of creating a safe work environment - a brief overview Rules for risk assessment in the workplace Registration, investigation and reporting of workplace accidents On the methods of determining the priority sectors of economic activity Occupational diseases Management of chemicals Basic documentation of labor safety management Mandatory periodic medical examination of the employee at the expense of the employer Ergonomics General instruction - structure. trainer: Zura Chkheidze - Head of Labor Safety Committee of Georgian Employers' Association, trainer of labor safety trainers certified by International Labor Organization (ITCILO).
